New wholesale customers

or add the client in Shopify directly
Add company and add the tag, when the tag is added then an email is sent automaticlly to the client that they can now log in to the access portal
Product numbering
All products in shopify will get its own designated number. This is so you dont have to remember what number is used and all coffees gets its own number. When product with Type = Coffee is added then this gives the product an number that is next in list.
Add products
- Go to products in the left side bar
- Click Add products in the top right corner
- Add title, decription
- To add media until last
- Scroll to variants, click add and create ‘size’
- Add 5 LB, 10 OZ etc..
This is just a name for the size, can be Small, Medium, Large etc and has nothing to do with the actual height of the product. This is added as the product weight later
- Click Save
- Now the variant is clickable and click on one of the variants
- Add price
- Add product weight. This is the correct product weight of the product and is used for the wholesale calculations
- Go back to the product page
- Scroll down to Product metafields (not Category metafields)
- Add all of the metafields
- Color is for image generator
- Type is for correct layout in frontend and for number generator
- On Altitude also add ‘masl’ or other
- Category is for wholesale sorting on the /wholesale/order
- Save
- Go to /tools and Image generator
- Find the coffee in the list and click generate image. If the product is just added it can take a minute or two
- Click generate image and upload this image to shopify
- Last add the collections you want the coffee to be displayed in. This is so coffee that should only be in wholesale is not displayed on the front page etc..
How to display products in the right places?
We are using Collections to display the product in the right places. You can either access the collections and manually choose whats in the collection on products → Collections.
Its also two types of collections, manuall and smart. Smart will check for different filters and display products based on the filters. That can be price, inventory or metafields
Default collections:
- Wholesale → wholesale order page stereoscopecoffee.com/wholesale/order
- All Coffee → Coffe page stereoscopecoffee.com/shop/coffee
- All Merchandise → Merch page stereoscopecoffee.com/shop/merchandise
- Featured Coffee → Frontpage and bottom of product pages
Wholesale
/wholesale/order is the wholesale collection. If you want to change this go to
Sanity → Wholesale → Wholesale Portal → Wholesale Portal Reference

Roasting report

The roasting report is combining products variants e.g. Vietnam Dung K'No - 5 LB and Vietnam Dung K'No - 10 OZ will be displayed as two different lines and not combined into the same product so you can now the qiantity of the different sizes.
For draft orders
This is exemplified with orders but draft orders is the same steps.
Here is a video tutorial showing step by step
- Go to Draft orders
- Go to wholesale view. All wholesale orders that has been accepted has a wholesale tag and we can sort based on that. the wholesale view shows the latest 7 days of orders by default.
- If you need to change the 7 days sorting go to serch and filter and change the order date:
- Select the orders
- When you see the orders that you want to export in this case orders 1032 → 1028 go to More actions and click Export Complete Draft Orders
- Click Complete and mark as paid
- Then click download json export
- This can take some time you will get a loading bar on top of the shopify dashboard. Marked here with the circle and arrow
- Wait for the export to finish and click Download JSON
- Go to stereoscopecoffee.com/tools/report and upload the json file
- If needed download the compiled CSV file and open this in excel or sheets if you need to adjust
- If any orders have whitelabel then you will see the in the column to the right
