Preserving the landscape - Small footprint, steep land
Our timber house project Bratte Boliger (Steep Houses) the mountains of Isfjorden is taking shape. Six compact, vertical cabins, each about 80 m², feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/living area.
Designed for efficient use of space, the project minimizes environmental impact while preserving surrounding greenery in this majestic landscape.
Elevated on stilts, the vertical cabins integrate seamlessly into the steep terrain. The extensive use of wood—from exterior cladding to interior finishes—honors the region's heritage and creates a timeless atmosphere. Additionally, sustainable, low-carbon materials enhance their eco-friendly design.

Favn in Hafjell, Norway, is an all-year destination that reimagines the traditional sprawling mountain settlements as a dense village. Developed with our client Alpinco Gondoltoppen AS, the project addresses the challenge of sustainable development in natural environments.
Favn features apartment clusters and semi-detached houses with different ground-floor activities. The initiative represents a shift in what we seek from mountain destinations, evolving from exclusive retreats to multi-functional and inclusive environments that welcome a diverse range visitors—from the wilderness enthusiasts to those seeking urban comforts in a natural setting.

Instagram grid
The grid needs to be curated and its important to think about the grid of images and not only the single image. The first image should either represent the project with a render, site image, drawing, image from an event, detail or graphic poster.
Images should have a mix between details and overview wide shot.
Iconic details
Overview render
The suttle colorful drawings is a nice way of breaking grid and gives the grid a RRA signature
Use the color that matches the surrounding post
Use images of people
Details from finished buildings
Details from building sites
Instagram highlights
Use the hightslights to save story highlights. Save them project by project. If you decide to have a larger collection called projects this should not have more than 1-3 images.
Instagram story
The readability is poor and the title conflicts with the background image
The you need to use a different layout
or change to an image with better space for text in the top section

Example on news with 2 slides
